What is democracy?

        The word democracy is from Greek "demos" means citizen.  In democratic system, citizen have the highest sovereignty than legislator and government. The main point of democracy are majority decision and at the same time respect the people who have different thought then protect them. Democratic government need to protect every human basic right like speech, religion, and no matter what kind of people you are we have the same right in front of the law. Democracy country need regularly election so everyone can participate in and learn more about democracy and more concern on our government, like this it won't force to one political party or dictator. Integrate above information, the main point is that democracy is equality based system wherein each member of the community is afforded an equal opportunity to participate in all of the decision making process.
